Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of children facing communication deficits, socialization difficulties, and maladaptive behaviors. We are deeply committed to providing effective and evidence-based ABA techniques to help them reach their full potential. Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst are driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to develop essential skills and lead a fulfilling life. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst 

Chayakarn Srihatakool BCBA

Chayakarn Srihatakool, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), brings 6 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related diagnoses. Chaya earned her B.S. in Psychology and M.Ed. in Special Education along with a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from George Mason University. Before becoming a BCBA, Chaya spent several years as a Research Assistant and Lead Behavior Support Clinician serving children with ASD and developmental delays. In these roles, she assisted in a project concerned with interventions to help support children who struggled academically. Chaya also assisted in a project that utilized stimulus equivalence to promote language acquisition when learning novel language. Besides her research interest, Chaya provided in-home direct therapy to children and adolescents. After obtaining her licensures as a BCBA and LBA, she practiced as a Clinical Supervisor overseeing in-home and in-clinic cases while supervising and providing ongoing training to behavioral clinicians. Over the course of her career, Chaya recognized how effective ABA is and how it could help teach functional skills and transform children’s lives, which fuels her passion to explore ABA and its application across languages, settings, and countries. Chaya also enjoys collaborating with other professionals involved in client care to optimize client’s learning experience. After relocating to Okinawa in April 2023, Chaya practiced as a BCBA in a clinic where she handled the following clinical tasks and responsibilities; designing and implementing all aspects of ABA treatment programs, providing one-on-one direct therapy, providing parent training and consultation, assessing client’s functional skills, writing detailed and individualized treatment plan based on client’s needs, and measuring and monitoring client’s progress. At this clinic, Chaya gained expertise in conducting different types of skill assessments to develop client-oriented treatment plan tailored to each client’s specific learning requirements.

Lilit Salazar BCBA

Lilit Salazar, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), brings 7 years’ experience working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD) and other disorders. Lilit earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Azusa Pacific University, followed by her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from National University. Lilit’s clinical expertise and dedication lie in providing in-home, school-based, clinic and community-based services for children and adolescents. Prior to relocating to Okinawa, she managed behavioral programs across an entire school district; as a district BCBA she conducted numerous functional behavior assessments, trained staff members on ABA principles, participated in many IEP's, and collaborated with IEP team members regarding issues including Speech and OT. Lilit implements evidence-based and play-based approaches with children to ensure the best outcomes and to help them reach their full potential. Lilit’s experience with children with ODD and Anxiety disorder has contributed to the approach of practicing through ACT and AIM curriculums to promote social emotional development for children and adolescents. Additionally, Lilit participated in completing the PEERS program at UCLA, where she became specialized in directing social skill group treatment. After relocating to Okinawa in March 2023, Lilit practiced as a BCBA in a clinic where she handled the following clinical tasks and responsibilities; designing and implementing all aspects of ABA treatment programs, providing one-on-one direct therapy, providing parent training and consultation, writing detailed and individualized treatment plan based on client’s needs, measuring and monitoring client’s progress, and conducting initial assessments and continuing to assess client’s functional skills throughout ABA services. At this clinic, Lilit gained expertise in directing and modifying social skill group treatment by tailoring the curriculum based on each client’s specific learning and clinical needs.
